The project consisted of essentially a total gut of footprint. Cornerstone worked closely with JLL PDS Project Management to inventory and re-use portions of demountable wall systems from other locations in the building to maintain the look and feel that was desired by Clearwave. The space features this re-purposed demountable wall systems for all office fronts as well tempered glass walls and door systems for both the tenant entry off the main lobby and all conference rooms.

Notable project features include the open to structure ceiling elements & linear LED lighting at the reception, polished concrete floors and grand views of the perimeter skyline in a fun and relaxing employee lounge. The Project also included a full renovation of both the common area and common area restrooms as part of the lease negotiations for the landlord.
