The project consisted of a total gut of the existing space slab to slab in preparation for the new extensive layout. The Cornerstone Team coordinated closely with ISI and select Pulte vendors and suppliers to create this dramatic design center which displayed many of Pulte’s offered finishes throughout their select premium homes in the market.

Notable project elements are open to structure ceilings with display and ambient lighting packages, a large display casework package which functions both as a display and a library for finishes offered, as well as mockups of both Kitchen and Bathroom layouts for customer viewing. The applied finishes feature both upgraded baseboards, an eccentric herring bone wood floor system and accents of ship lap & wainscot throughout the space. Cornerstone coordinated both construction and FF&E packages to achieve the finalized presentation provided to all Pulte customers.
