The floorplan features a collection of private offices boasting panoramic Midtown views, as well as a thoughtfully designed mix of communal spaces—including a sleek conference room, a lively breakroom collaboration area, and an expansive reception zone that anchors the entire office. The reception space stands out with all-new finishes, an open-to-structure ceiling, and striking wood slat ceiling elements that add both texture and warmth.

Design enhancements throughout the office further elevate the space: exposed structural elements lend an industrial-modern edge, while energy-efficient LED and pendant lighting brighten work areas without sacrificing design. Custom millwork adds a layer of refinement and durability, rounding out the space with bespoke detail.
