Cornerstone Contracting Group undertook a comprehensive capital improvement project for the Northcreek buildings, focusing on revamping the management office and marketing area. This large-scale renovation was a pivotal investment in the property’s future, ensuring that the space not only met modern functional requirements but also reflected a polished, professional image for tenants and visitors alike. The team executed a design that seamlessly integrated an extensive branding package, reinforcing the company’s corporate identity throughout the workspace and solidifying the building as a premier business hub.
This newly transformed office space was meticulously designed to optimize workplace efficiency, enhance employee comfort, and provide a welcoming environment for guests. The renovation introduced three state-of-the-art conference rooms outfitted with advanced audiovisual technology, multiple private offices tailored for productivity, a fully equipped breakroom, and a striking reception/lounge area that sets the tone for professionalism upon entry.
Wooden accents, sleek finishes, and modern materials were carefully integrated throughout the space to add warmth, depth, and sophistication. The renovation also introduced key functional upgrades, including enhanced LED lighting for optimal brightness, an upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system to ensure efficiency, and custom concrete overlay flooring that merges durability with contemporary design.
