Description
For this project, Cornerstone hoped to create a modern office and warehouse space for Nichia, a prominent LED manufacturing company. The space had to be transformed from an existing office space into a state-of-the-art R&D manufacturing facility that would make Nichia’s products shine – literally. The project entailed extensive demolition, followed by strategic reconstruction to optimize the layout for Nichia’s specific needs. New partitions were erected, decorative finishes applied, and the ceiling modified. Upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were also implemented to support the facility’s advanced operations.
The revamped space now accommodates both corporate and manufacturing functions seamlessly. Well-designed conference rooms and open collaborative areas cater to office needs, while a modern breakroom provides a refreshing space for employees. At the heart of the facility lies a cutting-edge manufacturing area and an expansive warehouse, equipped to drive Nichia’s innovation in LED technology. Custom blue epoxy flooring in the manufacturing zone adds both functionality and visual appeal. Throughout the office areas, strategically placed LED lighting fixtures showcase Nichia’s expertise and products.
This renovated space positions Nichia at the forefront of their industry, providing an environment that fosters creativity, productivity, and technological advancement. The thoughtful design and execution of this project have created a dynamic workspace poised to support Nichia’s growth and innovation in the competitive LED market.
