As a leading commercial contractor in Atlanta, Cornerstone took on the challenge of a comprehensive gut and rebuild project for Lucid Private Offices, transforming a standard space into a premium, rentable office environment. The project began with Cornerstone’s swift management of preconstruction services, ensuring a smooth start, followed by close collaboration with Go Studio and AOS Engineering to bring the meticulously planned design to life. Building on our experience from previous successful Lucid Private Offices projects, Cornerstone executed the office build-out with precision, ensuring that the space was completed on time and within budget. The final result is a sophisticated, upscale coworking space that perfectly aligns with Lucid’s brand and is designed to impress clients, colleagues, and investors alike.
The redesigned office space strikes the ideal balance between functionality and elegance, offering both private and shared spaces tailored for modern workstyles. Glass-partitioned private offices provide the perfect blend of privacy and transparency, while collaborative conference rooms and breakroom areas foster a culture of teamwork and open communication. The reception area, adorned with high-end finishes, sets the tone for the entire space, creating an immediate sense of luxury and professionalism. Cornerstone’s meticulous attention to detail is evident throughout the space, from the sleek new LED and recessed lighting fixtures to the open-to-structure ceilings and acoustic wood slat ceiling elements, each adding to the modern and inviting atmosphere.
