Cornerstone embarked on a comprehensive gut and rebuild project for Lucid Private Offices, transforming the space into a premium, rentable office environment. The project began with Cornerstone’s swift management of preconstruction services, followed by close collaboration with Go Studio and AOS Engineering to implement the meticulously planned design. Leveraging their experience from previous Lucid Private Offices projects, Cornerstone executed the build-out with precision, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. The result is a space that exemplifies Lucid’s commitment to providing upscale coworking environments designed to impress clients, colleagues, and investors alike.
The reimagined office space showcases a perfect blend of functionality and sophistication. Glass-partitioned private offices offer both privacy and transparency, while shared conference rooms and breakroom areas foster collaboration. The impressive reception area, adorned with high-end finishes, sets the tone for the entire space. Cornerstone’s attention to detail is evident in the modern upgrades throughout, including new LED and recessed lighting fixtures, open-to-structure ceilings, and acoustic wood slat ceiling elements.
