Description
For this project in Dunwoody, Georgia, Cornerstone took charge of transforming a former office space in the South Terraces into a state-of-the-art medicinal spa. The project demanded meticulous planning and execution, with Cornerstone collaborating closely with JLL and Nelson to reimagine the layout efficiently. As the primary contractor, Cornerstone managed all construction activities, from initial design consultations to final tenant occupancy. Despite the challenges of retrofitting an existing space, our team maintained a rigorous schedule and high-quality standards, seamlessly guiding the project from construction to completion without delay or budget overruns.
The revitalized space boasts a thoughtfully designed layout that caters to both functionality and aesthetics. A welcoming lobby leads to eight individual treatment rooms, while an updated restroom, breakroom, and specialized laser room round out the practical amenities. The spa’s clean, bright aesthetic is enhanced by natural, airy finishes throughout. A standout feature is the reception desk, which artfully blends wood and stone to create a sleek focal point that sets the tone for the entire space. Unique storage solutions, new LED lighting, and modernized mechanical systems further elevate the environment, aligning perfectly with Lemmon Avenue’s commitment to patient care and comfort.
