This commercial interior project, completed in collaboration with SMART Interior Group and Barrett Woodyard & Associates, showcases Cornerstone’s expertise — bringing together strategic planning, expert craftsmanship, and seamless project delivery.
From preconstruction to closeout, Cornerstone provided comprehensive commercial contracting services, ensuring that every element of the build-out aligned with JENCAP’s vision, timeline, and budget. By proactively coordinating with subcontractors, designers, and suppliers, the team delivered a high-quality space tailored to the unique needs of a modern professional services firm.
The 5,600+ square foot office features a strategic mix of private offices, collaborative work zones, two fully outfitted conference rooms, and casual lounge areas—all designed to support a flexible, high-performance work environment. A spacious break room adds comfort and utility, while exposed structure ceilings help bring in natural light and create an open, contemporary feel. Key architectural features include custom millwork, modern LED lighting packages, and suspended acoustic baffles to enhance sound control without sacrificing aesthetics. Glass walls and clean lines add to the sense of openness and professionalism throughout the space.
