Cornerstone executed an interior tenant build-out for Conte’s Bike Shop, transforming a vacant suite into a vibrant bicycle retail store and service shop. The project encompassed all phases from preconstruction to closeout, with meticulous attention to custom fixtures, service areas, and retail displays. The team effectively managed scheduling, coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries to keep the project on track while maintaining quality standards and code compliance.

The completed space features a large showroom, a well-equipped service counter and area, and essential storage facilities. Key design elements include open-to-structure ceilings, LED lighting fixtures, steel and glass display shelving units, and custom signage for the service area. The layout incorporates contemporary touches such as a hexagonal LED lighting feature in the bike fitting room and a large-scale city skyline mural, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
This project showcases Cornerstone’s ability to deliver a specialized retail environment that meets the unique needs of a bicycle shop. The result is a modern, efficient space that enhances Conte’s Bike Shop’s brand identity while providing an inviting atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
