Atlanta construction company Cornerstone executed a comprehensive renovation for Caliburn International’s Atlanta office, transforming a full floor of the Overlook II building in Historic Vinings.
This 24,568 square foot project was awarded after a rigorous competitive bid process, showcasing Cornerstone’s ability to provide value-engineered solutions without compromising on quality.
The project demanded meticulous coordination of various trades to realize the architect’s vision and deliver a high-end office environment that would serve as Caliburn’s flagship model for future locations.
The renovated space seamlessly blends functionality with sophisticated design elements. Open-to-structure features create a sense of spaciousness, while a high-end lighting package enhances the ambiance. Custom graphics, branding, and bespoke millwork – including a striking reclaimed wood epoxy table and mixed-material reception desk – reinforce Caliburn’s corporate identity.
Fully integrated audiovisual solutions and careful coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work ensure seamless business operations while maintaining the clean, high-end aesthetic.
This project showcases Cornerstone’s ability to deliver complex, technology-integrated office spaces that meet both functional and aesthetic demands.
