Within a newly constructed concrete tilt-up wall industrial building, Cornerstone transformed 3,315 square feet into a versatile speculative office space. The project encompassed the creation of private offices, a conference room, a breakroom, and restroom facilities. Attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the 10-foot ceilings adorned with recessed lighting to the thoughtfully selected flooring combining carpet and vinyl composite tile. The team also installed column-mounted egress lighting throughout the warehouse, ensuring safety and functionality across the entire facility.
The completed space offers a harmonious blend of industrial utility and professional comfort. The open interior warehouse boasts high, open-to-structure ceilings and polished concrete floors, providing ample room for various operations. In contrast, the office area features carpeted and tiled flooring, creating a more refined environment. Built-in cabinetry and countertops in the office space offer practical storage solutions and work surfaces, while loading docks and roll-up doors in the warehouse area facilitate efficient shipping and receiving processes.
