A heavy furniture package and automation equipment package had to be properly coordinated to ensure subcontracted work did not interfere with the international shipments. Notable project features included a DIRRT glass wall system, a DIRRT-raised floor system, and new men’s and women’s restrooms. Cornerstone resolved a potential conflict and avoided costly delays after an exterior water line tie-in for the new restrooms led to the discovery of a pre-existing crack in the sewage main that needed repairs.
