Description
Cornerstone successfully completed a tenant fit-up for Lucid Pennant Park Private Offices, transforming a second-generation space into a modern, flexible work environment. The project began with extensive demolition of existing office conditions, including partitions, ceilings, lighting, and finishes.
Cornerstone then constructed new partitions, installed doors, glazing, and millwork, and added new ceilings and soffits throughout the space. All finishes were updated, and MEP systems were reconfigured to meet Lucid’s specific requirements.
The renovated space features a variety of private offices in different sizes, complemented by shared conference rooms and lounge areas, all available for rent through Lucid. A striking reception area sets the tone for the entire office.
The design incorporates modern finishes and updated LED lighting fixtures, creating a contemporary atmosphere. Cloud ceilings and open-to-structure areas add visual interest, while acoustic wood slat baffles enhance both aesthetics and functionality. The combination of polished concrete floors, stone slab elements, and wooden accents creates a sophisticated backdrop for the glamorous furnishings and wall décor.
