The transformation of EyeQ Monitoring’s office space began with a comprehensive renovation led by Cornerstone. The project involved carefully demolishing pre-existing elements to make way for a fresh, modern design. New interior partitions were strategically erected to create a layout that balances open collaboration with privacy. Throughout the space, Cornerstone upgraded the MEP systems to meet EyeQ Monitoring’s specific operational needs, ensuring the office could support the company’s cutting-edge technology and workflow.
The space features open-to-structure ceilings in select areas that add a touch of industrial chic, while contemporary finishes throughout maintain a polished, professional look. At the heart of the design is a stunning blue paneled wall prominently displaying the EyeQ Monitoring logo, serving as both a brand statement and a focal point for the office. This eye-catching feature is complemented by thoughtful design elements throughout the space, including accent lighting that creates depth and ambiance, and warm wood paneling that adds a touch of sophistication. The reception area sets the tone for the entire office, blending these elements to welcome visitors with a professional yet inviting atmosphere.
