Cornerstone oversaw all aspects of the Atlas Collaborative renovation, from initial preconstruction planning to final closeout, ensuring efficient scheduling and high-quality execution at every stage. The project encompassed a complete overhaul of the interior, creating distinct areas for collaborative work, private meetings, and social interaction. Cornerstone’s expertise was evident in the meticulous coordination of specialty features, including custom ceiling installations and an updated MEP package. From the striking entryway to the polished concrete corridors, every element was carefully considered and expertly implemented to reflect the architectural firm’s professional identity and foster creativity.
The updated space seamlessly integrates various work environments, including an open bullpen for team collaboration, glass-walled private offices for focused work, and state-of-the-art conference rooms equipped with large display screens. Eye-catching design elements elevate the entire space – wood slat ceilings add warmth, while a circular floating cloud ceiling with specialty lighting creates a focal point that draws the eye upward. Barnwood wall accents introduce a touch of organic texture, complementing the clean lines and ample natural light throughout the office.
