Link Logistics’ new corporate headquarters, perched on the 20th floor of the Pinnacle building in Atlanta’s vibrant Lenox/Buckhead area, is not just an office – it’s a flagship model for their nationwide office strategy. Spanning 13,000 square feet, the space was completely reimagined to meet the company’s current operational needs and future growth. Navigating logistical challenges with ease, Cornerstone’s commercial contracting expertise shone through with innovative solutions to deliver the transformation on time and within budget, showcasing unmatched proficiency in managing large-scale corporate buildouts.
Over a dynamic 20-week build-out, the office space blends cutting-edge design with everyday functionality, all while maintaining the high standards expected from Cornerstone’s extensive experience in corporate contracting. Exposed ceilings and custom acoustical slat ceilings set the tone, while specialty Arktura ceiling baffles add an extra layer of design flair.
Flexibility is woven into the very fabric of the space, with folding nana-wall glass partitions and demountable Teknion office storefronts, allowing configurations to evolve as needed— an essential feature for the growing needs of a modern corporate environment. The space is filled with unique touches that elevate the office experience, such as a custom putting green that provides a touch of fun and relaxation, and a breakroom island featuring the Link Corporate logo in an intricate stone-on-stone inlay, adding sophistication to the common area.
