Updates on Executive Order

The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Georgia just released very important clarification to Mayor Keisha Lance-Bottoms’ executive order that originally had the construction marketplace concerned that only public works construction projects were going to be allowed to continue moving forward.

“Questions to the Mayor’s office revealed the intention was for construction to remain in place and an important comma was omitted from the original executive order.

The above photo shows where the comma has now been inserted giving all construction the authority to proceed inside the City of Atlanta as long as you are using CDC guidelines.“
